"I had a great experience with ProStruct Engineering recently. I needed a structural inspection done on a property for a buyer who's closing date was less than a week away and ProStruct Engineering stepped up. After reaching out to them, they set me and the buyer up on a call with a project manager, Irvin Chua, who worked with us to understand the scope of the investigation and was able to schedule an engineer to come out next day to look at the property. The engineer, Chams, came out promptly the next day and was able to investigate the deck in question and took the time to walk his through his findings. He wasn't able to enter the crawlspace, but he later reviewed pictures and videos we sent and incorporated them into his report. He was able to speak to the stability of the deck, his assessment of the foundation, and any improvements he would suggest (redirecting the gutter water). We were on a tight timeline and both Irvin and Chams accommodated us, answering all of our questions before the report was ready and making sure we hit our timelines. Really appreciate their hard work!"
