The scope included architectural design and structural detailing for the new garage addition, conforming to the 2022 California Building and Residential Codes among other relevant local codes. The residence is a one-story home built in 2007 with no fire sprinkler system. Plans were prepared by Laureles Design Custom Homes with architectural design by Leo Laureles. The project ensured compliance with city codes and aimed at efficiency and space planning for an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU).
