Architects

Structural Engineers

Key focus areas include the foundation, load-bearing framework, column spacing, and the building’s overall durability. Structural engineers refine the drawings and calculations to meet safety standards. Once these elements are finalized, construction is ready to begin.

Contractors

Contractors are the professionals responsible for executing the plans. They manage the construction phase—sourcing materials, organizing labor, and overseeing the actual building process. Contractors also estimate timelines and keep the client informed of progress and any potential delays.

This is often the most exciting phase for clients, as they begin to see their vision physically take shape.
